Wonderful new Chinese restaurant! Very clean and spacious and has 2 tables outside as well. Food came out quickly and the service was great. The xlb (soupy dumplings) are larger than the norm and they were still wonderfully tasty with thin skin and plenty of soup. They offered shrimp and pork which was a first for me. We tried the shrimp this time and I can't wait to go back for the pork. Pan friend dumplings were deliciously chewy and again, wonderfully soupy. The beef noodles were the right level of spice for me and the noodles had a wonderful chew. The broth stole the show and was a delight. We also got the tomato broth noodle soup for my kiddo and he slurped it right up. So excited for this noodle shop to be so close to us and can't wait to go back and try more items!

My coworker got me into this place for our lunch. I ordered the shrimp noodle and the beef roll. For the price, it was well worth it. Their portions are big with reasonable pricing. The food was nice and seasoned well with great flavor. It didn't took long for my order to arrive and it was great!

First time visit - take-out. A very personable and helpful counter server, Eason C. was an asset to the business. I ordered four separate items, enough food for at least two people. Items were well prepared and made to order fresh in twenty minutes; Green Onion Pancake, Fried Pork Dumplings (8), Shrimp Shumai (6), and Beef Roll. ALL were delicious and held up well as a take-out order. The dining area of the venue was neat, clean, and had a modern "generic" look. They also had two outdoor patio tables. They were moderately busy, and the patrons all looked well taken care of. They have an extensive menu that I can only assume they prepare equally as well as the items I enjoyed. I found the items reasonably priced and a good value. I recommend that you try them out. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Place is great . South OC needs more places like this ! Spicy braised beef was good wish it had more beef chunks instead of this sliced beef. Fried rice was great . Friend pork buns are a must.

Very authentic Chinese noodle place! Big portion and great service! Arvin’s very helpful as whatever he recommended just became my favorite! I’ve tried so many different kind of noodles and still always look forward to keeping trying their new dishes!

Edit: Went back for more: the braised pig ear is very very very good! Best pig ear I have ever tasted! The fried pork buns and the spicy pork baos also flavorful! And the fried noodles (not pictured) were fantastic! The food is very good!!. I love trying Chinese food of different regions as their flavors are different. The pork wonton soup was very good!! Serves two or more people! Their spicy pork bao was not as spicy but very delicious! Their rice cake dessert was very very good! Their food takes the appropriate time as it’s made to order. This is not a fast food location, most people understood that (some people wanted their food faster, so don’t visit if you are short on time).

I've been coming to Long's a number of times now and the food is always fantastic. I love the dumplings and the beef rolls. Be prepared to wait a long time for your food even when they're slow. I guess that's the price for good food. Definitely worth the visit.
